FRITZ HAEG
EVENT

LOS ANGELES: FEBRUARY 2005
A strange group gathers on a steep hillside street just north of downtown L.A. Safe to say, the house they're heading to is the onlyone around with a cave for the ground floor and a geodesic dome for a roof.
All of this from the imagination of architect Fritz Haeg, who conjured up salonsalon for a sunny Sunday afternoon, gathered racks and racks of clothes from hot experimental labels and high-fashion goliaths, and then invited his most beautiful friends over for an afternoon of dress-up and play in his home-laboratory deep in Glassell Park.

A mash-up between elementary school show-and-tell and hardcore party, the anti-glossy fashion show sprawled well into the evening. The crew from index, armed with microphones and cameras, documented the technicolor scene.
