Following Timothy Greenfield-Sanders’ all-star opening at Mary Boone Gallery downtown, index hosted the after party for Timothy’s exhibition, XXX: 30 Porn-Star Portraits, at the Rivington Hotel on the Lower East Side. Crowds made their way through Marcel Wanders’ bimorphic entryway up to the glass-enclosed penthouse designed by Zaha Hadid, where they enjoyed the nighttime NYC skyline and drank vodka by the dram.

		Lou Reed sauntered in long enough to give his good friend Timothy a congratulatory beso; porn legend and XXX contributing essayist Nina Hartley told us about her new book deal; former index girl Rachel Weisz and Requiem for a Dream director Darren Aronofsky arrived late while John Waters told of his travails on the set of Seed of Chucky and raved, “I love index!"
